JAMMU, Jan 22: In order to address the grievances of general public, two senior officers of the Government will attend the Winter Secretariat at Srinagar.
According to a communication issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), Shailendra Kumar, Commissioner/Secretary, Tourism and Culture will be available in the Winter Secretariat from January 27 to 30. Similarly, Dr. Pawan Kotwal, Commissioner/ Secretary, PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control will be in the winter capital from February 2 to 6, 2015.
The officers have been asked by the Government to address the grievances of the general public during their stay at Srinagar and submit an action taken report on the complaints/issues dealt by them to the Governor’s Secretariat and GAD as well, reads the Government communiqué.
