Sharma, Manyal take stock of public grievances

JAMMU, July 6: BJP Member of Parliament from Jammu-Poonch Constituency Jugal Kishore Sharma, alongwith Samba MLA Dr. Davinder Manyal, undertook an extensive tour of village Lyani Baguni, where they interacted with the local people, listened to their problems and later addressed a massive gathering.
The people expressed their concern over the condition of road leading to their village besides lack of basic amenities and the MP and the MLA assured that whatever has been brought into their notice would be taken seriously and the people will get respite soon. Jugal also announced rupees two lakh for restoration of dug well for the benefit of the local population.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, while addressing the gathering, said that many areas of Samba constituency remained neglected during the previous Government and the then MLA also did not care to work for development and welfare of the people. BJP MLA is working hard to ensure that equal treatment is given to every area in all matters and at all levels, he said and added that the BJP has always stood for the cause of the people and their welfare.
MLA Dr. Davinder Manyal spoke on various developmental projects initiated during his tenure and assured that the benefits of various welfare schemes will be  extended to the genuinely deserving people.
Chief Horticulture Officer, Samba, Chief Animal Husbandry,  Samba, Executive Engineers of PWD, PHE and PDD, Naib Tehsildar and other administrative staff besides Panches and Sarpanches were present on the occasion.
