JAMMU, July 12: Shiksha Niketan Higher Secondary School conducted three-day Orientation Programme, bringing together participants from Pushp Vatika, Shiksha Niketan, Gandhi Nagar and various wings of Shiksha Niketan School Jeevan Nagar, including the Primary, Middle, High and Higher Secondary Wings.
The first session was held on ‘Team Building and Cohesion’ while the second was on ‘To Be Smart Educator with 100 Tips’.  Munmun Kohli, Senior Coordinator Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu, a resource person from Prime Publications Pvt Ltd spearheaded the first segment on the ‘Team building and Cohesion’. The second session of the orientation programme started with energetic activity performed by the teachers.
According to the resource person, humor, energy and activeness always create a positive image of a smart teacher in the mind of a child. The workshop concluded with numerous innovative ideas for using different teaching strategies.
Rameshwar Mengi, Principal, Incharge of Middle Wing, Ramanjeet Kour appreciated all the participants and resource persons for their invaluable contribution.
