KATRA, July 30: Shiv Kumar Sharma, treasurer Indian Style Wrestling Association of India and president J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association has been appointed as associate vice president of Wrestling Federation of India (WFI).
Mr. Sharma is also Executive Member of Jammu and Kashmir Olympic Association, General Secretary District Reasi Red Cross Society and also remained as Member of J&K State Sports Council..
In the London Olympic Games 2012 Mr. Sharma was observer from Indian Style Wrestling Association of India who also visited Peshawar (Pakistan) as a team Manager in December 2012 in which five countries participated in International Peace wrestling championship. He also visited Pune in 1997 as an Indian Team Manager in common Wealth Wrestling Championship.
