JAMMU, Feb 24: Shri Ram Universal School, which is a pioneer as far as organizing community outreach programmes is concerned, successfully conducted a leadership conclave for Principals’ of pre-schools to empower and equip them with the nuances of effective leadership traits required for imparting an impactful and effective childhood education.
Mimi Chatterji, an expert in the field and currently engaged with Shri Educare Limited, New Delhi conducted the leadership conclave.
The resource person delved in detail the important facets of leadership and emphasized upon building sound relationship and trust between different stakeholders in school education.
She gave an insight into developing the ability to inspire and motivate others and most importantly the techniques to deal with stressful situations.
A large number of Principals and elementary teachers of several pre-schools of repute from the region attended the conclave.
