JAMMU, Feb 29: The Shri Ram Universal School Jammu organized a two-day Administrators’ Conclave 2024 in collaboration with the Shri Educare Limited, New Delhi. The conclave was attended by administrative Heads of approximately 30 Schools of Shri Ram chain of educational institutions across from the Country.
The pioneering initiative aimed at fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange among Administrative Heads of schools was the first of its kind which endeavored to create a platform for enriching discussions, insights, and the sharing of best practices prevalent in the schools.
Highly experienced speakers from different fields shared the nuances of good administration and best of the practices and processes that are accountable for making any system, organization a successful venture.
The conclave gave the participants an insight into the ‘Shri Ways/Shri Philosophy’ thus fostering an understanding of the principles and their application within the gambit of an educational institution.
A comprehensive full-day training session facilitated by Momentum India, a distinguished HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment), and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) consulting firm was the highlight of the conclave.
