Shri Ram Universal School holds Viksit Yuva Samelan

JAMMU, Mar 16: The Shri Ram Universal School, in collaboration with the Nations Development Association (NDA), affiliated with MYBharat-NYK under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, organized the ‘Viksit Yuva Samelan’ under the Y20 Summit. The event, themed “Shared Future: Youth in Democracy and Governance,” aimed to empower young minds and foster discussions on democracy, governance, leadership and the role of youth in shaping the future of the nation.
The seminar commenced with a warm welcome note from the Principal, Sonika Mahajan, followed by an address by the chief guest, Sunaina Mehta, Principal of the Revenue Training Institute. Shilpa Dubey, DDC Member Vijaypur, attended as the special guest. The distinguished panel of experts included Aijaz Qaiser (Joint Director, Tourism), Anissa Nabi (Senior Project Manager, J&K Rural Livelihood Mission), Ekshu Sharma (District Information Officer), Dr. Akshay Parihar (BDO Khellani), Maansi Gupta (Director, MG Design), Jasleen Kour (Founder & CEO, Branding Elves), Abheet Sangotra (Youth Advisory Council Member), and Apurv Gupta (Director, JKMS).
Prominent speakers such as Heena Mahajan, Sannak Shrivats, Ananya Manyal, Dheeraj Sharma, Sunita, Dr. Swati Mahajan, Sahil Bharti and Tabassum Nabi. The event saw the enthusiastic participation of around 200 young individuals and was attended by the school’s Chairman, Sanjeev Mahajan, and Director, Rajni Gupta. The seminar concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Headmistress Shivani Vaid and NDA’s Chief Functionary, Sushil Singh Charak.
