Shubham Pundir slams 3rd consecutive ton

JAMMU, Dec 23: Promising youngster Shubham Pundir slammed third century of the season against Goa in the BCCI’s CK Nayudu Under-23 Cricket Tournament at Goa today.
Jammu and Kashmir scored a decent total of 418 runs in their first essay. Shubham Pundir top scored with 133 runs, studded with 22 delectable boundaries, while Jatin Wadhawan and Umar Bandey scored gritty fifties, scoring 60 runs each.
Goa were 110 for the loss of 2 wickets at the draw of stumps today. For J&K, speedsters, Rohit Sharma and Vishwajeet Singh claimed one wicket each.
It is pertinent to mention here that Shubham scored the first two centuries against Tamil Nadu and Railways in the matches played so far in the current season.
