JAMMU, Sept 18: Shuttlers showed tranquillity and skill in the Inter-Collegiate Badminton Tournament for Women, being organised by the Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu, under the supervision of Dr Daud Iqbal Baba, here.
In today’s matches, PG Department beat GCW Kathua by (2-0), GCW Gandhi Nagar beat GDC Jindrah by (2-0); GCW Udhampur defeated GDC Nowshera by (2-0); GDC Akhnoor prevailed over Trikuta Degree College by (2-0); GGM Science College defeated GDC Kathua by (2-0); GCW Parade drubbed GDC RS Pura by (2-0) and ASCOMS outplayed GCET by (2-0).
The matches were officiated by Ravish Vaid, Sanjeev Sharma, Gourav Sharma, Ankit Sharma, Shivam, Jeevan Bhagat and Vikram Jamwal.
