JAMMU, Oct 3: Winning gold medal in the 85-90 kg weight category of the 11th Mr Jammu Body Building and Fitness Championship, Siddharth Sattu became Mr Jammu, here today.
Javed Ahmed emerged overall second in the Championship, while Dr Amir Khan claimed the third spot.
Member Parliament Jugal Kishore Sharma and former Minister, Raman Bhalla were the chief guests on the occasion, who distributed prizes among the winners.
Earlier, in 50-55 kg, Vimaljeet Singh, Rajneesh and Arun Kumar bagged gold, silver and bronze medals respectively, while in 55-60 kg, Abhimanyu Bhargav, Vinay Kumar and Lovish Dev Singh Jamwal bagged gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.
In 60-65 kg, Tarun Singh Bali won gold, while silver and bronze in this category went to Abhinav Sharma and Rajat Joshi.
The gold medal in 65-70 kg category went to Mannat Mahajan, while the silver medal was bagged by Akshat Gupta and Sahil Sharma claimed the bronze medal.
In 70-75 kg, the gold medal was clinched by Javed Bhatti, the silver medal went to Amir Rashid and the bronze was claimed by Javinder Singh. While in 75-80 kg, Dr Amir Khan won gold, Nikhil Raina bagged silver and Deeshant Khajuria won bronze.
In 80-85 kg, the gold medal was bagged by Ashish Sharma, while Tanvir Singh Sodhi and Jeetinder Singh claimed silver and bronze medals respectively and in 85-90 kg, Siddharth Sattu won the gold medal, while the silver and bronze medals went to Sachin Gupta and Ved Prakash respectively.
In above 90 kg, Deepak Sharma, Roshan Raina and Waqar Pal bagged gold, silver and bronze medals respectively.
Meanwhile, in Masters event, RDS Manhas won gold, while Silver went to Kulwant and bronze was claimed by Javinder Singh.
