Sidhra Waliabad, Chak Rakwala Leopards log wins

BAJALTA, Feb 29: Sidhra Waliabad today defeated Marh Rangers and Chak Rakwala Leopards won a sensational match against Sandhi Stars in the Maruti Suzuki Nagrota Premier League Tournament, an initiative of MLA Devender Singh Rana.
Winning the toss Marh Rangers elected to bat first and managed to score 104 runs in 13 overs.
Sidhra Waliabad chased the target in 11 overs after losing 3 wickets and won the match by 7 wickets.
Amir was declared man of the match for his 67 runs, remained not out and took 2 wickets.
The second match of the Maruti Suzuki Nagrota Premier League Tournament was played between Chak Rakwala Leopards and Sandhi Stars.
Winning the toss Chak Rakwala Leopards decided to bat first and scored 190 runs in prescribed 14 overs.
Sandhi Stars failed to chase the given target of 191 runs and were bowled out for 65 runs only.
Chak Rakwala Leopards won the match by 125 runs. Rahul was declared man of the match for his unbeaten 102 in 49 balls with 10 fours and 9 sixes.
The matches were officiated by Saleem-Ur-Rehman and Sadiq Hussain Malik from the Department of Youth Services and Sports, J&K, while both the matches were played under the overall supervision of Faheem Tak, vice president Take-1 Channel and Member Organizing Committee.
