JAMMU, Sept 20: In an exhilarating first semi-final of the Legend Premier League T-20 (Veterans) at the Cricket Stadium Bhalwal, Singh Cricket Club Akhnoor edged out Bawa Jitto Cricket Club by just one run, securing their place in the finals.
Winning the toss, Singh Cricket Club opted to bat first and set a challenging target of 145 runs in their 20 overs. Notable performances included Jai Pal Singh, who scored 43 runs off 39 balls, and Deepak Sharma with 35 runs from 47 balls. Lablu made a significant impact with a quick-fire 30 runs from only 13 deliveries, propelling the team to a respectable total.
