Sittu Club blanks SBSHC, enters final

JAMMU, Jan 3: Blanking Shaheed Bhagat Singh Hockey Club (SBSHC) by six goals to nil (6-0) in the semifinals, Sittu Club Simbal Camp entered the finals of the ongoing 1st Shaheed Bhagat Singh Memorial Hockey Tournament, being organized by Shaheed-e-Azam Foundation, under the aegis of Hockey J&K at KK Hakhu Astroturf Hockey Stadium, here.
Harvinderpal Singh scored the first goal in 10th minute, Ramandeep Singh Junior netted 2 goals in 18th and 52nd minutes, while Gurkeerat Singh, Navjot Singh and Ramandeep Singh Senior scored the goals in 26th, 41st and 59th minutes respectively.
Sittu Club players dominated the game from the word go and left their rivals in all sorts of troubles throughout the match.
The match was officiated by Amarjeet Singh, Manjeet Singh, JS Reen, Dalbir Mehta, Jagjit Singh and Tournament Director GS Bakshi.
Now, in the title clash Sittu Club will take on Young Star Simbal Camp.
