SRINAGAR, Nov 11: Downtown Heroes Football Club (DHFC) announced the selection of six talented players – Shahmeer Tariq, Arun Nagial, Aditya Mahajan, Musaib Mushtaq, Sahil Rashid and Moomin Bhat – to represent Jammu & Kashmir in the 78th Santosh Trophy. This accomplishment highlights both the players’ skill and DHFC’s role as a leading force in developing future stars in Indian football.
The selection of these players follows DHFC’s impressive performances in the Durand Cup and I-League 3, where the club achieved significant success, with two teams advancing through the I-League 3 playoffs. DHFC’s progress underscores the club’s commitment to nurturing local talent and building a strong footballing legacy.
