JAMMU, Nov 19: Six runners from Jammu and Kashmir participated in the ‘One Race Chandigarh Half Marathon 2023 at Sukhna Lake Chandigarh, today.
More than 2000 runners participated from different parts of India and abroad including six runners from J&K. Surinder Kanhaiya (Indian Flag Runner) from Jammu finished the Half Marathon race in 1 hour 30 minutes. Other runners were Sudhir Anand (Indian Flag Runner) who finished Half Marathon in 1 hour 35 Minutes, Vishal Kapoor (Senior Executive Wipro India Pvt. Ltd) completed 21.1 km run within 1 hours 53 Minutes, Sukhpal Singh, Secretary (Water Resources Regulatory Authority) completed marathon in 21.1 km in 2 hours 10 minutes, Amarjeet Singh competed 10 km in 51 minutes 35 seconds and Manhmohan Singh completed 10 km Run within 1 hour 2 minutes.
