JAMMU, May 4: The skaters from Jammu and Kashmir have brought laurels to the State by winning second prize in the 3rd National Skate Tennis Championship held at Hisar.
The skaters Jaideep Singh and Yuvraj Singh won silver medal by playing the single and double events.
The J&K team defeated Chandigarh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Punjab teams and won the second prize.
J&K President Abhishek Jain, Senior-Vice President Seema Kharyal, Vice President Danish Padha and General Secretary Irfan Choudhary congratulated the players and hoped that they will continue to bring laurels to Jammu and Kashmir in the future also.
Sudhashi Khajuria accompanied the team as manager.
Meanwhile, Yuvraj Singh and Jaideep Singh have been selected for the international which will be held at England in the month of December.
