JAMMU, Sept 6: Skaters were on a roll in the Inter-District Skating Competitions, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports at MA Stadium, here.
Vying for the top honours, the budding skaters sweated-it-out and fought hard despite sweltering heat and humid conditions.
The Competitions were held under the overall supervision of Ved Parkash, Deputy Director Youth Services and Sports, Jammu.
In Under-19 girls quads, Ayushi Aggarwal, Divya Jamwal and Aakriti stood on first, second and third place respectively, while In Under-14 girls quads, Nikita Thakur, Swardhani and Drishti claimed the first three places respectively.
In Under-17 girls quads, Shrishti, Ishita Singh and Sajal claimed the top three spots respectively, while in Under-19 girls quads, Ashima, Ujwal and Mansi bagged first, second and third position respectively.
In Under-11 girls Inline, Disha Gupta, Saanch Anand and Archi Gupta bagged first three position respectively, while Manvi Jaggi, Raj Manya and Ananya claimed first, second and third position in Under-14 girls Inline.
In Under-17 girls Inline, Shomya, Diya and Ria claimed first, second and third spot, while in Under-19 girls Inline, Shagunit, Akshita and Bamika claimed first three places respectively.
In Under-11 boys quads, Abhishek, Kartikey Puri and Shivay bagged first, second and third position, while in Under-14 boys quads, Rakshit Saini, Vasu and Dhruv claimed first three positions respectively.
In Under-17 boys quads, Pallav, Amritpal and Raghav Gupta claimed first three spots respectively, while the first three positions in Under-19 boys quads went to Banu Sunil Khajuria, Rahul Chetri and Panini Sharma respectively.
Meanwhile, in Under-11 boys Inline, Jaipreet Singh, Anirudh Sharma and Rythem bagged first three places respectively, while first three spots in Under-14 boys Inline went to Aarush Kapoor, Vansh Rajput and Jaideep Singh respectively.
In Under-17 boys Inline, the first place was bagged by Parth Chib, second by Ayush Jaggi and the third position went to Kanav Sharma, while in Under-19 boys Inline, Akhil Sharma, Ankit Gupta and Arya Abrol bagged first, second and third place respectively.
