JAMMU, Apr 2: SKCC scripted one run win over Rising Athletes of Jagti in a close contest in the Navreh Premier League, being played at Country Cricket Stadium, here today.
Batting first, SKCC made 171 runs by losing all wickets in the 19.3 overs wherein Suriender Kachroo made 61 runs off 31 balls, while Rocky Raina and Vicky scored 34 and 31 runs respectively and Surinder Bhat contributed unbeaten 17 runs. From the bowling side, Rajesh Raina took 3 wickets, whereas Varagiya and Ram Ji got 2 wickets each and Sanjay and Kavi bagged 1 wicket each.
In reply, Rising Athletes bundled out at 171 runs in stipulated overs, wherein Sunny Raina made 58 runs, while Sager Mantoo and Varagiya contributed 41 and 15 runs respectively and Rajesh Raina scored 13 runs to the total. From the bowling side, Mintoo Bhat was the wrecker in chief who took five wickets haul, whereas Rohan Punjabi and Vicky claimed 2 wickets each and Suriender Kachroo bagged 1 wicket.
