Sky Diving Course concludes at Air Force Station

JAMMU, May 24: To mark Silver Jubilee of 130 Helicopter Squadron, ten day long basic Sky Diving Course concluded today at Air Force Station.
The valedictory function was presided over by Group Captain S Sridhar, Station Commander, Jammu.
Wing Commander Vasant Raj Director, Air Force, Adventure Cell, presented the course report. He said that a total 31 Air Warriors including 3 lady officers attended this 10 days course and all of them successfully completed with nil injury incidents.
The Para Wings and certificates were given by the Station Commander. Wing Commander LS Sandhu, Squadron Leader Rajesh Mukhi, Flight Lieutenant Supriya Mulay, Flight Lieutenant Pooja, Cpl Das are few names who got para wings.
While speaking, Station Commander congratulated the participants and appreciated the concerted efforts of all.
Group Captain S Pati, Chief Administrative Officer of the Station said all activities are carried out in a professional manner keeping safety as paramount. Sustained efforts are made to project the right image of the AF and motivate the youth to join the AF.
The whole programme was conducted by Wing Commander Sandeep Saxena of 130 HU.
