SRINAGAR, Nov 11: The Enforcement Wing of Srinagar Municipal Corporation sealed the premises of Firdous Ahmed Lone at Abi Guzar here on the directions of the High Court.
In a press release, Media Relations Officer, SMC Masrat Yusuf said that Firdous was granted permission for constructing roof over the existing gutted residential building and for construction of compound walling at Rajbagh. He said that the applicant in breach of permission converted the residential house into a hotel and has allegedly violated the terms and conditions of the permission granted to him in accordance with plan by Building Operation Controlling Authority (BOCA).
Masrat said that premises of Firdous were sealed with the assistance of SHO Rajbagh in presence of Executive Magistrate.
