JAMMU, Apr 12: Soham Kamotra and Arushi Kotwal won the first place in Under-11 boys and girls respectively in the ongoing Selection Chess tournaments of Jammu division, here.
Anil Kotwal FIDE Arbiter was the chief Arbiter for today’s events.
All the matches are being played under FIDE Laws of chess under Swiss System.
Top three positions in Under-11 boys went to Soham Kamotra, Soham Gupta and Vansh Mahajan, while the top three positions in Under-11 girls were bagged by Arushi Kotwal, Nirbhika Khajuria and Manmeet Kour.
