SRINAGAR: A soldier was injured when militant attacked an Army convoy on Srinagar-Jammu National Highway in south Kashmir on Monday afternoon.
Official sources told UNI that militant attacked an Army convoy, which was on way from Jammu to Srinagar, at Bonigam in Qazigund this afternoon.
“One soldier was injured in the attack,” they said.
They said the militants managed to escape from the spot. However, additional security forces have been rushed and a search operation has been launched in the area. (AGENCIES)
