SRINAGAR, July 10: Several dignitaries were awarded for their meritorious services on the Sher-i-Kashmir, Madr-e-Meharban final Championship held at Pologround on July 4 by the Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Mubarak Gul.
The dignitaries included former Deputy Inspector General of Police Sheikh Hafeez Akhtar, Dr. M. Rafiq Bahaar, General Manager SKICC, Bakshi Javeed, Special Secretary to Chief Minister, Showkat Beigh and Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, Farooq Ahmad Shah.
The meeting nominated Dr. Mohammad Rafiq Bahaar as President, J&K Sher-i-Kashmir, Madri-Meherban Organizing Committee while as Hafeez Akhtar and Showkat Beigh were nominated as members of Advisory Board.
