JAMMU, Mar 7: A specially abled lady has been handed over to her family by Rehari Police.
As per police sources, an information was received at Police Post Rehari through reliable sources that a specially abled lady is roaming near Kali Maa Mandir Pacca Talab area.
Acting over the information, a women police team of Police Post Rehari brought the lady to Police Post Rehari and offered her meals.
A special police team of Police Post Rehari led by SI Ahmed Din under the supervision of SDPO North Sharad Kalu was constituted.
The team did strenuous efforts and with the help of various sources contacted the family of the lady.
The family of the lady disclosed that the above mentioned lady is mentally unsound and had gone missing from her home.
The lady was finally handed over to her family after completing all the legal formalities.
