KATHUA, May 2: Inter-School Under-14 and Under-17 boys and girls Speedball Championship was held at Delhi Public School (DPS) Rajbagh, here today.
The Championship, in which 200 students from 10 institutions participated was organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, J&K.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were chairperson of the School, Kamya Andotra; Principal, DK Kotwal and Sunil Kumar, DYSSO, Kathua; Activity Incharge, Kuldeep Singh and general secretary, Sunny Nanda.
The medal winners included Hari Om (gold), Shubham Kumar (silver), Sajan (bronze); Raman Kumar and Arun Kumar (gold), Shubham Kumar and Gourav Kumar (silver), Sanjeev Kumar and Rahul Kumar (bronze); Taniya Sharma and Abhishek Bhagat (gold) , Ritika Katal and Krrish Malogar (silver), Romit Sharma and Neha Devi (bronze); Muskan (gold), Diksha (silver), Akshra (bronze); Preeti and Pallavi (gold), Komal and Priya (silver), Arti Devi and Lakshmi (bronze): Sourav Khajuria (gold), Sanjeev Kumar (silver), Sehajpreet (bronze).
