Sport Climbing coaching camp inaugurated

JAMMU, Oct 30: In keeping with the commitment of promoting Sport climbing in J&K and to support Mountaineering Association of J&K to win medals in the forthcoming National Championship, Sprawling Buds School, Chinore, Jammu sponsored a coaching camp for state climbers who have been selected in the North Zone Sport Climbing team for competing in the 20th National Sport Climbing Championship scheduled be held at Kolkata from December 4 to 7, 2014.
The 10 days coaching camp was inaugurated today by Rahul Sharma and Ramesh Khajuria, both Directors of Sprawling Buds School, Jammu in the presence of Ram Khajuria, General Secretary of Mountaineering Association of J&K.
Rahul Sharma while addressing the trainees assured them that the school would provide every possible training facility to the state climbers so that they are able to perform to their full potential in the National Competition.
Secretary Mountaineering Association of J&K Ram Khajuria thanked the management of the Sprawling Buds School for the timely help and hoped that the School would continue such liberal support for the promotion of sport climbing in J&K in future also.
