SRINAGAR, Feb 18: Sports Festival in which various games will be played tomorrow kick-started at Govt Women’s College, MA Road in which scores of players are scheduled to participate.
A total of 30 teams will be participating in the event which will be held across J&K. In the Kashmir division, the festival has been divided into four zones where the games will be played.
A total of 11 tournaments will be held in which different games such as cricket, volleyball, football, Kabaddi, badminton, table tennis.
“The tournament will be held from February 18 to 27. All the boys colleges of Kashmir division are going to participate in the event and every day four matches will be played,” Mehta Singh, Organizer of the festival said.
He said that the response has been exceptional so far, the teams from far-flung areas have already reached here.
