JAMMU, Aug 5: Mahadev Cricket Club emerged victorious in the month-long cricket tournament held at Barn, Nagrota Assembly Constituency, defeating Raja Mandlik Club by 115 runs in the finals. The tournament, organized by Raja Mandlik Cricket Club Barn, saw participation from 32 teams, with Rajeshwar Singh being honoured as Man of the Match.
At the concluding ceremony, Senior BJP leader Devender Singh Rana praised the tournament for its role in discovering and nurturing local talent. He highlighted the significance of such events for the overall development of young athletes and their career prospects. Rana emphasized that sports play a crucial role in building confidence and preparing individuals for competitive challenges.
