JAMMU, Feb 28: “Sports Week” organized by KCS College of Education (Women) commenced today.
The event was declared open by Principal of the college Prof OP Sharma.
In his inaugural speech, Prof Sharma laid stress over the harmonious development of the individuals.
On the first day today, Pooja Sharma, Deepika Sambyal and Azra Tabassum secured first, second and third positions respectively in the badminton event.
The event was organised by Rajan Suri, convener, Sports Committee and was assisted by other members of the committee namely Rohani Sharma, Sneh Khanna and Ruchika Chib.
