JAMMU, Dec 23: Sprawling Buds ICSE School, a unit of Takshila Educational Trust, has generously donated Rs 2, 65,000 to Help Age India to support their efforts in improving the quality of life for the elderly. The donation was presented during a ceremony at the school, attended by faculty, students, and representatives from Help Age India.
The cheque was handed over by Rahul Sharma, Chairman of Takshila Educational Trust, Arti Sharma, Chairperson of the school and Seema Sharma, Director of the school to Sunita Santoshi, State Manager of Help Age India.
Chairman Rahul Sharma emphasized the school’s commitment to nurturing values of compassion and social responsibility, alongside academic excellence. Help Age India expressed deep gratitude for the donation, highlighting the importance of such contributions in sustaining their initiatives for senior citizens.
