JAMMU, Aug 30: Springdales School, Barnai today organized a Hindi poem recitation competition for Kindergarten classes in its school premises.
The event witnessed mass participation by students who recited a plethora of Hindi poems with much zeal.
The event was appreciated by both parents of the children and the chief guest, VK Malhotra, Executive Director, JKSPDC (Retd).
In Nursery class, 1st prize was won by Divyansvir while Manvi and Arpit bagged the second prize collectively. In LKG class, 1st prize was won by Kiran while Aarav and Sneha won the 2nd prize. In UKG class, Radhika and Prince were 1st and 2nd respectively.
The Chairman of Springdales Educational Society, Rashmee Malhotra, while speaking on the occasion stressed on the need for co-curricular activities for sound development of children and closed the event by giving her vote of thanks.
