JAMMU, Dec 16: Former Mayor and president All India Jat Maha Sabha (AIJMS) Jammu, Ch Manmohan Singh presided over the Annual Day function of SS International School Hirinki New Delhi as chief guest, today.
The former Mayor while addressing the gathering advised the parents of school going children not to pressurize their wards for scoring top percentages in exams and asserted that students need a free mind devoid of any tension to excel in studies as per their capabilities on their own.
Yogesh Partap Singh ADM Education was the guest of honour, while local Corporator Janta Devi and PV Mehta, Maruti Head North were the special invitees.
Chairman of the School Vinod along with Rajni Sharma, Principal and Inder Singh Director of the School welcomed the chief guest Ch Manmohan Singh by presenting a shawl, bouquet and memento.
