JAMMU, Feb 25: St. Stephen Convent School Sukhyani Talab Sarore celebrated its Annual Day and prize distribution function in the School premises, here today.
Additional Superintendent of Police, Samba, Suriender Choudhary was the chief guest of the event, while Diksha Bamba Tehsildar Bari Brahmana was the guest of honour on the occasion.
The programme commenced with lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by Saraswati Vandana.
School Principal Ramnik Kour formally welcomed the eminent guests and presented the annual School report.
The students presented not only their wonderful performances but also received awards for excellence in academics.
The chief guest lauded the efforts of the School, students and staff for an enthralling function, while the guest of honour praised the combined efforts of the School management, staff and students.
The vote of thanks was presented by Sahvita Dubey, senior staff member of the School and the event ended with the National Anthem.
