POONCH, Dec 19: Defeating Boys Higher Secondary School Poonch through penalty shootouts in the summit clash, Stadium XI lifted the title trophy of the Junior Boys Hockey Tournament as part of the District Poonch Hockey Tournament, here today.
After a (1-1) draw in the stipulated time, the match was decided in the penalty shootouts wherein Stadium XI emerged victorious by (3-1) goals.
Earlier, in Sub Junior category, City Club defeated Young Star by two goals to nil (2-0). Noib and Faizan were the goal scorers for City Club, who netted the goals in 2nd and 39th minutes.
