JAMMU, Apr 19: Govern-ment today ordered posting of staff in the Personal Sections of the Ministers and Ministers of State with immediate effect.
Ashok Kumar Sharma, Additional Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department, has been transferred and posted as Officer on Special Duty with the Minister for Animal, Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries.
Prem Singh, Deputy Secretary to the Government, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports, has been transferred and posted as Special Assistant with the Minister of State for Science and Technology and Transport (Independent Charge), Revenue, Public Works (R&B), Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Agriculture Production, Youth Service and Sports.
Atul Dutt Sharma, awaiting orders of posting in the Revenue Department, has been posted as Additional Private Secretary with the Minister of State for Science and Technology and Transport (Independent Charge), Revenue, Public Works (R&B), Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Agriculture Production, Youth Service and Sports.
Rakesh Kumar Bhagat, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khour, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary in the Governor’s Secretariat, vice Sachin Jamwal, who will await further orders in the General Administration Department.
Piyush Dhotra, CDPO, ICDS Project, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Private Secretary with the Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control.
Meanwhile, Government accorded sanction to the grant of earned leave, w.e.f. 20-04-2016 to 10-05-2016, in favour of Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza, Additional Deputy Commissi-oner, Pulwama, who is holding the additional charge of the post of Programme Officer, ICDS, Pulwama.
During the period Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza remains on leave, Mohammad Ahsan Mir, Additional Deputy Commis-sioner, Shopian, will hold the charge of the post of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, which will be in addition to his own duties, while Gulzar Ahmad Bhat, Programme Officer, ICDS, Shopian, will hold the additional charge of the post of Programme Officer, ICDS, Pulwama.
