SRINAGAR, Oct 20: Jammu and Kashmir Sports Powerlifting Association will be organizing State Powerlifting, Bench-press and Deadlift Championship (Men & Women) equipped and unequipped at Masal Freak Gym, Rainawari, here.
The State Championship is to be held on Oct 23 to select the team for participating in the forthcoming Subrata Classic International Powerlifting, Bench-Press and Deadlift Championship to be held at Milanee Hall, Jamshedpur from January 4 to January 9, 2016.
The body weighting will be done on October 22, 2015 at Bakshi Stadium, Indoor Complex, Srinaagr.
The decision in this regard was taken in a meeting held today under the supervision of Rajan Jain, general secretary of the Association.
