JAMMU, Mar 2: The youngest adventurer from J&K Kumar Evan Magotra completed the two week long intermediate course in Water Sports (KAYAKNG) from Atal Behari Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports, Manali, Himachal Pradesh.
Around 15 participants aged between 14 to 30 years attended the course, which was held at river Beas at Pindi.
A ninth standard student of MHAC Nagbani successfully completed the course with grade A (73 per cent).
Son of an Everester and clinical tropical expert consultant, Dr Shyam Kumar Magotra, Evan now plans to apply for the advance course in water sports.
