Sterling performance

Sir,
The success of 10 candidates in the civil service examination from the State is  a healthy trend which should gain momentum in the future as well. This trend should in no way be allowed to subside.
The success underlines the preseverence and hardwork, these successful candidates had to put to achieve the objective. There is no short cut to success. These civil servants can be role models for our coming generations. These people will inspire the youngsters to seek bright career prospects in the country, and give air to their aspirations.
However, it may be said here that mere inspiration is not sufficient to ignite the curosity quotient in the candidates, there should  sufficient provisions for coaching the candidates in the State. The students have to go Delhi and elsewhere for coaching and guidance. This  guidance is not available to underdog and students living in far flung and remote areas of the State.
Besides, it involves a lot  of money. The Government should identify students with a ‘spark to shine’ and provide them all facilities to achieve the target.
Yours etc….
