REASI, Sept 9: Police has arrested a thief and recovered from his possession the tractor trolley, which was stolen from Badora under the jurisdiction of Mahore Police Station.
The tractor trolley, valuing Rs 1,20,000/- was recovered from Bakori in Rajouri district from possession of the accused namely Muzaffar Mughal of Tulli, Chassana in Reasi, who had lifted it from roadside near a shop in Badora on June 26, 2015.
On 30-6-2015, one person namely Jamal Din of Bathoie had lodged a written report at Police Station Mahore stating therein that on 26.06.2015, his Tractor bearing registration number 5835/JK20 along with Trolley was parked at Badora roadside nearby a shop and the next morning he found that some unknown culprits had stolen the Trolley of the above said Tractor.
During investigation, police conducted a series of raids at different suspicious locations and finally arrested the accused.
