JAMMU, Apr 19: Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology (YCET) inaugurated Student Development Centre within its Campus, here today.
The Student Development Centre (SDC)’s programs are designed to ensure proper balance between three major areas of student development-Academic, Career & Personal/Social.
The Centre was inaugurated by the students of various departments along with Sandeep Pandita, Head-Strategic Planning and Operations, JGEI.
The mission of this program is to prepare students to become capable, responsible, and contributing citizens.
The program is designed to help all students develop their educational, social, emotional, career, and Personal strengths. The student Development Centre has predominantly been introduced in order to further strengthening the students confidence and capability.
The launch boosted the confidence level among engineering students wherein they felt grateful towards the management for this initiative.
The event also witnessed the presence of Prof Arvind Dewangan, Director YCET along with HOD’s and faculty members of various departments.
