Students of Bharti Public High School bring laurels to district Samba

JAMMU, Apr 1: The students of Bharti Public High School, Bari Brahmana brought laurels to State in general and district Samba in particular by winning first runner-up trophy in 10th State Wushu Championship held at indoor complex MA stadium recently.
In the championship, the students of Bharti Public High School represented district Samba and won 18 medals in different categories.
The gold medalists were Haqeek Ahmed, Roma Gandhi, Rupali Gandhi, Tek Bahadur, Diksha Gupta and Shivani Soni.
The silver medal winners included Neeraj Sharma, Sonia Kumari, Raghav Soni, Arshad Ahmed, Bupinder Kumar and Chandhan Malviya.
Saurav Bane, Banu Partap Singh, Kiran Kumari, Shiva, Gobind Pal and Deepak Lalotra claimed bronze medals.
The medals winners were felicitated by the school administration. KS Jamwal, Principal, Pooja Jamwal, Vice Principal, Vishal Singh Jamwal, Rajinder Singh and Anil Kumar, coaches and Pardeep Kumar, former coach were also present.
