JAMMU, Apr 9: Sudhir Anand, an educator and an Indian Flag runner from Jammu participated in Y20 Rishikesh 10K Challenge, organized by All India Institute of Medical Sciences Rishikesh.
He ran all the way by holding the Indian Flag and finished the 10K run under 45 minutes and got 3rd position in the 45 plus age category.
He has already participated in many marathons and half marathons by holding the Indian Flag. Last week, he participated in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi (SMVD) Katra Half Marathon and secured first position in his age category.
