JAMMU, May 6: Litigation work of Social Welfare Department (Ramban and Reasi districts) before Jammu Wing of High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh shall be dealt with Government Advocate Suraj Singh.
An order in this regard was issued today by the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
The said allocation, in partial modification of earlier Government order number 5933-JK(LD) of 2021, dated 27-012-2021, is subject to the satisfactory performance of the Law Officer, which shall be reviewed periodically.
