JAMMU, Jan 22: A deputation of Shankar Vihar Welfare Committee (SVWC) along with the residents of the Colony today met MLA West, Sat Pal Sharma and projected their problems regarding low voltage of power, erratic electric supply, worst condition of roads and other miseries faced by them.
They handed over a memorandum of demands to the MLA seeking installation of an additional transformer to meet up the poor voltage and erratic power supply, and repairing of approach roads to the Colony to be dealt by the Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Committee.
The deputation comprised of Dr SK Sharma, BL Rawal, RK Ahluwalia, Ashok Sharma, Naveen Kapoor, RK Angurana, Sanjay Baru, Tilak Raj, DN Raina, Mukesh Khanna and Romesh Kuchroo.
