RANSOO, Apr 25: A symposium was organized on the topic harmful effects of tobacco chewing at MS Pora Jagir Ransoo at cluster level by Harish Kumar Dubey zonal education officer, Pouni.
10 students from different schools of the cluster falling under winter zone participated in this event.
Simran Naag of GMS Khori got 1st prize, Amit Sharma of MS Pora Jagir and Sonia Sharma of MS Khori shared 2nd prize, while Kuljeet Singh of MS Bamblaya got 3rd prize. Prizes and sweets were also distributed to participating students by the chief guest on the occasion. Mohinder Singh and Paramjeet Singh adjudged the event.
