JAMMU, May 21: In the much publicized case of Dr Rubiya Sayeed kidnapping and killing of Indian Air Force personnel, Presiding Officer TADA Court today issued notice to JKLF chief Mohammad Yaseen Malik, Ali Mohammad Mir, Mohd Zaman Mir, Iqbal Ahmed Gandroo, Javed Ahmed Mir, Manzoor Ahmed Sofi, Wajahat Bashir Qureshi, Mehraj-ud-Din Sheikh, Showkat Ahmed Bakshi and Nanaji.
When the matter was taken-up, Public Prosecutor CBI submitted a copy of the High Court order dismissing the petition and vacating the stay. After going through the order, TADA Court issued notice to the alleged accused for their presence on June 8, 2019.
