JAMMU, June 30: In an Annual General Body Meeting of J&K Amateur Boxing Association held today, Tariq Hamid Qarra was elected president of the Association, while S Rangil Singh will be the patron-in-chief.
Dr Ashutosh Sharma wasa elected senior vice president, while Tarun Singh and GR Beigh were elected vice presidents Jammu wing and Kashmir wing respectively.
Dr Nirmolak Singh was elected general secretary of the Association, while SS Gill and Hilal Ahmed were named joint secretaries of Jammu wing and Kashmir wing respectively.
Rajan Sharma was nominated chairman technical committee, while Ravi Salgotra as media advisor. The members of technical committee included Satyakam Sharma, Anil Wadera and Mushtaq Ahmed, while the executive members of the Association are S Gurmeet Kour, S Ravinder Singh Babbi, Raj Kumar, Devinder Gupta, Mohd Ali, Gul Alamgir, Vinay Gupta, Tanvir Ahmed and Gurmeet Singh.
Vikas Gupta, Arun Kotwal, Vinod Kumar, Ghulam Mustafa and Farooq Khan will be the organizing secretaries of the Association.
