JAMMU, Nov 7: TCA Blue defeated TCA Red by 6 wickets in final match and lifted Trikuta Cricket Academy Friendly 40 overs trophy, played at Mandal Ground, here today.
Batting first, TCA Red scored 180 runs by losing all wickets in 39.3 overs wherein Arman scored 49 runs while Paras, Samar and Ashutosh made 27, 20 and 19 runs respectively. For TCA Blue, Aineesh took 6 wickets while Shavak, Aarav and Amit took one wicket each.
In reply, TCA Blue chased the target in just 28.2 over. Daman remained not out at 50 runs whereas Jahanveer and Aditya contributed 40 and 19 runs respectively. For TCA Red, Laith took 2 wickets, Vasu and Sourav secured 1 wicket each.
The match was officiated by senior coach of the Academy. The tournament was organised by Balbir Singh under the overall supervision of Sukomal Ganguly (Chief Coach TCA).
