JAMMU, Jan 15: The Cricket Club (TCC) defeated Col RN Chopra Cricket Academy by 73 runs in the final of the Under-14 Challenge CUP at Academy ground, here today.
Batting first, TCC scored 126 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 20 overs. Shivansh Sharma (51), Sameer Sharma (27) and Lavanya (14) were the main contributors. Shavac took 1 wicket for Col RN Chopra Cricket Academy.
In reply, Academy team bundled out for paltry total of 53 runs in 14 overs, thus los the match by 73 runs. Shivansh Sahrma was declared as man of the match.
The Tournament was organized by Akash Manhas and Deepak Singh, under the supervision of chief coach of the Academy, Sukomal Ganguly.
