JAMMU, Sept 20: Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association CEO, Kuldeep Kumar Gupta announced the Kabaddi team for Yuva Kabaddi Series to be held at Madurai, Tamil Nadu from September 25 to October 22, here today.
The selected players are Rajan Singh Manhas (Team Captain), Amrit Dev Singh, Aman Lalotra, Irfan Ahmed Mir, Parveen Kumar, Sandeep Singh, Laxman Lal, Irfan Ali, Ajay Kumar, Ridham Sharma, Waseem Bhat, Akash Sharma, Aamir, Adarsh, Rohit Singh, Ravinder Singh, Ahitsham Ashraf, Kifayat-Ul-Ishaq, Saddam Husain and Drubh Singh.
The first 14 players will go for the first round of Yuva Kabaddi Series and rest six players will be reserved players and can be called anytime in case of any urgency or requirement. Officials said the coaching camp and the general fitness camp were conducted under the Coaches Sudesh Kumar Raina (NIS Coach), Manik Sharma (NIS Coach), Mohd. Amin (Fitness Trainer) and Arsheed Rather (Fitness Trainer).
While Sudesh Kumar Raina will accompany the team as the Coach and Mohd. Amin was an official in the Yuva Kabaddi League. President, Anil Gupta and General Secretary, Surinder Mohan Gupta, Jammu and Kashmir Amateur Kabaddi Association hoped for better results for the team.
